Natalee is a television veteran who has produced everything from daytime talk, reality competition, stage and game shows to documentary series and short films. She has produced series for ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, TBS, MTV, OWN, E! Entertainment, VICELAND, DISNEY+ as well as Channel 4 in the UK.

Natalee was Chef Jamie Oliver’s Producer for two seasons of ABC’s Emmy Award winning, Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.  After a successful partnership during Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution, Natalee joined Oliver in England to help produce his series Dream School.  Dream School was a 7-part British documentary series focused on re-inspiring high school kids who had either dropped out of school or who didn’t have enough credits to graduate. The Dream School was a two month program with teachers who were some of Britain’s most accomplished celebrities and experts in their fields.

Natalee Co-Created and Executive Produced the 10-part documentary series, Operation Change for the Oprah Winfrey Network.  The series traveled to developing nations and war-torn countries documenting the humanitarian efforts of people creating positive change in the world. The locations highlighted in the series were Haiti, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Papua New Guinea, Ethiopia, Colombia, India, South Africa, Tanzania and Malaysia.  Some of the key players in the series were Sir Elton John, Sir Richard Branson, President Bill Clinton, His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Donna Karan, Maria Bello and Harry Connick Jr. 

Natalee was the Co-Executive Producer and Director for the 10-part documentary series Kentucky Ayahuasca for VICELAND. Kentucky Ayahuasca is a ground-breaking series showcasing the healing properties of the controversial psychedelic tea, Ayahuasca.   For three months, cameras documented 50 people seeking Ayahuasca to purge themselves of severe emotional and physical trauma.  Shaman Steve Hupp led the ceremonies.  After living as a career criminal robbing banks and stealing cars, Hupp completely transformed his life after finding Ayahuasca. 

Natalee served as an Executive Producer of the short film, We Are Thorn, for Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s foundation THORN - Digital Defenders of Children.  THORN brings together the brightest minds in technology to combat child sexual exploitation and human trafficking online.  THORN works with Microsoft, Facebook, Google, Twitter and other technology leaders to drive tech innovations to fight this issue.

Currently, Natalee is Co-Executive Producer of the CBS hit competition reality series,Tough As Nails. Tough As Nails celebrates hard-working women and men who are essential to America’s infrastructure. These competitors test their strength, endurance, agility and mental toughness as they compete on real-world job sites.  

Natalee has filmed in 31 countries around the globe.
